About us

Booster Bookkeeping was founded by Juan Renato Esteban Quevedo in 2022. He graduated with a bachelor degree in Business Administration at one of the most prestigious universities in Peru, the National University of Saint Mark in 2004. Since then he has spent many years building up various businesses and managing their finances.

 

In 2021 he moved to England looking for a new challenge, and following his passion for finance, he decided to start a Bookkeeping practice to help small companies and entrepreneurs to keep their figures and books up to date in the most efficient way possible. He discovered QuickBooks, an extremely powerful tool that allowed him not only to help businesses with their books and taxes but to help them to understand the finances of their business which in turn empowers them to make the right decisions to make their business thrive. Now he is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, ready to help you to take control of your figures.

Bookkeeping. This is the basic and primary service if you want to track all your expenses and income in real time. Bookkeeping is fundamental to the success of any business, big or small. It helps you keep track of all your businesses financial transactions, from sales to investments to expenses and payroll. We will keep your books up to date using QuickBooks online software, which belongs to one of the biggest accounting software companies in the world (Intuit), and it is completely free for our clients.

Finance reports. What is the point of accurately keeping your books up to date when you aren’t going to use that data to make the right decisions for your business? Our finance reports will provide you monthly reports (with weekly) such as:

  • Profit and Loss by Customer, by Category of products or services. (it could be also by projects or others according to the need of your business)
  • Accounts receivable ageing summary
  • Balance Sheet
  • Customer Balance Detail (How much each customer owes you. Shows individual invoices)
  • Sales by Customer Detail
